• This package is for Quarterly and Annual Membership only.
• To avail of the package, there should be a minimum of three (3) enrolees.
• This package is valid from November 1, 2023 until further notice.
• There must only one payor for the group.
• Membership will start upon registration at VCH and full payment in Bwelo.
  Corporate Membership is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
• Privileges will be extended only upon presenting a valid membership card. No discount will be accorded if the card is not presented.
• This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo, discounts, and or privileges.
